Product Pricing Policy

All Sellers must comply to the following terms:


Setting Product’s Price


  • The price of the product must be set accurately.

  • The price shown on JD CENTRAL platform must be the final price, in which included VAT.

  • The price of some certain products which the government put under price control shall be set in accordance to such government regulations.

  • The price of all products must be set per a standard unit of such product.

  • Any Sellers failed to comply with this Policy may be subjected to the penalty in accordance JD CENTRAL’s penalty policy.


Wrong Pricing


  • Any Sellers who set an incorrect price must be responsible to fulfil or compensate on the loss and damages arising from such incorrect price.  

  • In the case where the customer’s order is confirmed, the Seller must contact the customer directly and solve such issue.  

  • The Seller may offer compensation, discount coupons, or any other means. However, if the customer does not accept such offer, the Seller must contact JD CENTRAL to help mediate and solve such issue.

  • In case where the customer did not satisfy with the Seller’s offer and reaches out to JD CENTRAL, JD CENTRAL reserves the right to help mediate between the Seller and customer as solve such issue as deemed appropriate.

    • The value of the compensation, discount coupon, or any other means settled between the Seller and customer will be deducted from the Seller’s settlement.


Penalty for wrong pricing


  • In case where the customer is not satisfied with the Seller’s offer, and JD CENTRAL has to help mediate the issue

  • If JD CENTRAL cannot reach the Seller within 2 business days from that date that the customer raised the issue to JD CENTRAL, JD CENTRAL reserves the right to mediate and solve such issue at the cost where deemed appropriate.

  • JD CENTRAL will compensate the customer at the reasonable amount via JD Points and deduct such amount from the Seller’s settlement.


Editing Product’s Price


  • Joining Campaign

    • The Seller shall not adjust the price of the product during JD CENTRAL’s campaign period.

    •  Any Sellers changed the price of the product during JD CENTRAL’s campaign period may be subjected to the penalty in accordance to JD CENTRAL’s penalty policy.

  • Pre-sale

    • If the Seller set an incorrect price during a pre-sale and the customer has already ordered and made the deposit, the Seller is responsible to bear all the cost and damages arising from such pre-sale, including offering compensations to those customers.

    • The Seller may offer compensation, discount coupons, or any other means. However, if the customer does not accept such offer, the Seller must contact JD CENTRAL to help mediate and solve such issue.


Additional Rules 


  • If a product is being sold with any complimentary items, whether in the form of product, services, or coupons, the value of such item must be shown clearly. The Seller must clearly state the terms and conditions of such complimentary items in the product description.

  • JD CENTRAL reserves the right to amend and modify the terms and conditions of this Policy without any prior notice. It is the obligation of the Seller to ensure a good compliance hereof at all times.
